Protecting Your Client’s Legacy: The Advisor’s Role in Post-Death Administration

Protecting Your Client’s Legacy: The Advisor’s Role in Post-Death Administration

Regular price $99.00

We often hear people talk about “winding up affairs” for a deceased loved one; this course will review what “winding up affairs” (i.e., the process of post-death administration) really means. Watch now to learn how that process unfolds whether the deceased had no estate plan, a will-based plan, or a revocable living trust-based plan. This course also explores the ways advisors can work with their clients and their client’s legal counsel to ensure the smoothest possible post-death administration experience in ways that will strengthen and enrich their client relationships now and in the future.

This course is eligible for 1.0 credit.
