How do I provide the specific information for custom imprinting?

Please provide whatever you have for color and logo files.  CMYK and Pantone colors should guarantee an exact match - if you don't know them, the graphic designer who handled your logo should be able to provide it.  Our printer can work with you to explain the alternative options for getting a close match.  Contact us if you need additional assistance. 

If you are reordering a custom printed version and your previous order was placed after May 2016, your information will be on file and does not need to be provided again - however, you must indicate that when ordering.

How quickly will my order ship?

For brochure orders with custom imprinting, a proof will be sent within 1 business day.  Upon approval of the proof, the order will ship in 3 business days or less.  

Binder and tab orders will ship within 3-5 days of the order being received.  In some cases, the included tab set may ship separately from the binders.

If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us to check availability and whether upgraded shipping will be necessary.

Orders of the Estate Planning Strategies: Collective Wisdom, Proven Techniques of WealthCounsel Attorneys (Second Edition) book will ship via USPS media mail and typically will arrive within two to ten business days. For orders of additional copies of books with personalized forewords, up to two additional weeks may be needed because the customized books will need to be printed before shipping.


I received my binders but there are no tabs.  Where are they?

The included tab sets may sometimes ship separately from binders.  If you did not receive a separate message regarding the tracking information, please contact us.


Is there a way to see my previous orders?  

Yes - click My Account in the top right of any store page.  This will display your full order history and allow you to view details for each.  This area also allows you to manage your address(es).


I have ordered before but I don’t see my previous orders under My Account.

Are you logged in with the same account as before?  If so, have you changed your email address within your member website account? Customer accounts in the store are based on email address, so changing that piece of information will create a disconnect for order history.  Please contact us for assistance.


Are the brochures and booklet up-to-date?
Our content is reviewed for necessary updates on an annual basis.


How do I earn CLE for the courses I have purchased?
The educational content available for purchase in the store is eligible for CLE credit in many states.  Specific states and credits for each course can be found in the product descriptions.  To request a certification of completion for CLE credits after completing the course, you will need to send an email with your state(s), bar number(s), course title, and the verification code(s) shown during the presentation to shopcle@wealthcounsel.com.  Please allow up to 10 days to receive a certificate.
