Mental Health and Well-Being in the Legal Profession
In this webinar, mental health professional Amanda Koplin, LPC, will address the prevalence of anxiety, depression, burnout, and substance use in the legal profession. She will provide actionable insights into important areas of lawyer well-being, such as work-life balance, substance use, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, and burnout. She will also discuss personal and professional risk factors and how to identify warning signs. Attendees will learn about practical solutions for themselves and their colleagues, and how to foster a culture of support and resilience, reduce stigma, and encourage help-seeking behaviors.
