Firearms Law Summary 2024
This course provides an updated review of key firearms laws for every practitioner to know. It includes several updates to some lessons learned and new state laws affecting firearms administration.
The presentation includes a review of regulatory framework, including a timeline of acts related to firearms and an update on Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Rule 41F. Attendees will increase their understanding of how this area of planning can vary based on state versus federal laws. Attendees will leave this program with practical planning tips, fact patterns to expect, and resources to learn more.
