Commercial Contract Basics
Contracts are the linchpin of a business lawyer’s practice. As contracts involve two or more parties, business lawyers are sometimes the drafters, and sometimes they review and negotiate a contract that has been drafted by a counterparty. In this webinar, we will discuss basic principles of contract review and negotiation. Specifically, we will address how to review a contract prepared by another party, the importance of boilerplate provisions, and best practices regarding working with clients and contract negotiation.
