It will also highlight the importance of cultural competency in the estate planning process and provide estate planning professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively serve diverse clients. The session will explore ethical considerations, including Model Rule 1.1: Competence, and include a case study to analyze how cultural competence is applied.
