Presented by: Karen L. Witherell, JD & Alexander A. Bove, Jr., JD - Bove & Langa Law Firm

While this may be true to an extent, serious questions remain as to a trust protector’s best use and the powers we give them. We will explore and learn the following to resolve these questions:

  • Review the current law and relevant cases regarding trust protectors
  • Sound basis for deciding whether to declare fiduciary status
  • Important drafting issues to keep in mind to ensure flexibility in your document and avoid common pitfalls
